Chocolate Eclair Cake

















From my mother in law. Its wonderful.

1 box of graham crackers
2 boxes of vanilla pudding ( Large)
3 and a half cups of milk (can use skim)
1-12oz cool whip ( can use light)
Mix pudding and milk add the cool whip
Put a layer of crackers in a 9 X 13 pan
Top with half pudding mixture
Top with another layer of crackers
Top with the rest of the pudding and
The last layer of crackers

Glaze:
6 oz choc. chips
1/3 cup milk
1 cup of powdered sugar
2 Tablespoon margarine
Melt chips in sauce pan, ad sugar, milk and margarine
Bring to a boil-just a boil
Top graham crackers with glaze

I make this! It is soo YUMMY! I was craving it the other day. I just use chocolate frosting for the "glaze".

I made this for Easter. It was soo good. I ate almost the whole pan!
