You can do it. <BR/><BR/>I'm not too good on what to eat...I eat just about anything but I'm running about 15-18 miles a week. My 2 short runs are now 5s and my long one is up to 8! Eeek...the longest I've ever gone. I've found that the best thing I've done is go to runner's world and download a training schedule, mark it all down on a calender and mark things off as you complete them.
